Our bespoke programmes combine research-lead concepts on collaboration management with principles from Integral leadership. Delivery combines theory, group-work and Q&A and the training takes a coaching approach to developing collaboration skills.

ACC™ accredited by the ICF. Nicolette has a specialist background in coaching and mentoring in the creative industry and is an Integral Leadership development coach currently working with C-Staff and business leaders in South Africa and Europe.

With 7 years’ experience coaching clients in challenging situations, Abi has an MSc in Coaching and Positive Psychology and is a Solution Focused specialist. She has worked as an affiliate coach for six organisations and has a track record in training coaches and 3rd sector in Solution Focused techniques for teams. Abi is a qualified coaching supervisor and runs regular supervision sessions.
