Our process:

In order to enable lasting improvements, we coach and train team leaders and members in Solution Focused conversation techniques.

In the spirit in which Solution Focused approaches were developed, we suggest that these methods are run as an experiment within the team for a defined period of time.

At the end of the experiment, outcomes can be evaluated. What is found to be useful can be utilised and what is not can be discarded.
