Outcomes:

Our training and group coaching sessions are designed to focus on issues of key importance in local and global collaborations. You might expect an increased awareness and increased levels of skill and discernment in handling complex challenges. Themes and issues in leadership that we run workshops include:

Our process

After having a project scoping meeting, we will typically select no more than three themes to cover in one day. The day event will be delivered on-line and will combine theory with groupwork.

Themes in collaboration will be explored by combining collaboration management practices developed by key authors with a “leading in a coaching style” approach found in Integral theory.

On the day we will look at each theme in turn before entering a coaching style groupwork session to explore elements in the theme and a range of approaches. Further depth on the theory will be provided as well as a reading list for more in depth study.

Longer term leadership development

Collaboration leaders often face complex challenges. An ongoing relationship with a leadership coach can help leaders manage their personal development as they rise to meet these challenges.
